HEALTHY Smoothies for November

Almond Milk Berry Smoothie

1.5 cup vanilla almond milk (Trader Joes, Dominicks, Whole Foods)

½ cup frozen berries (any kind), 1 frozen banana (any frozen section, freeze bananas)

1 tbsp Agave Sweetner (natural sweetener for additional sweetness)
Almond Milk Berry Smoothie with added Greens (fruits and vegetables mixed into a powder)

*same as above, add green powder (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, any health food store)

Almond Milk Berry Smoothie with added Omega’s (fruits and vegetables mixed into a powder)

*same as above, add 2 tbsp Flax Oil OR Flax Seeds (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, any health food store)

Chocolate Lovers Smoothie

*same as above, (flax and greens optional)

ADD Cacao Powder (raw chocolate) based on serving on package

ADD 2 whole dates (minus the pit)

YUMMMMMM!!!

*If thick, add water or more almond milk*

*If too watery, add ice*

ENJOY!
