Since we are obviously not meteorologists, we rely on weather.com‘s Interactive Weather Map, Weather in Motion, to determine weather-related cancellations.

For Morning (weekday and weekend) Boot Camps:
1. 45 minutes before the scheduled class, we will check the outdoor conditions and Weather in Motion to determine if the class should be cancelled.
2. We make the call for every bootcamp at least 45 min before class. (for example, when there is a 6:00am bootcamp, the class will be cancelled by 5:15am)
3. A cancellation email will be sent to your email account that we have on file and the class will be shown as cancelled online.
4. We will update our Facebook Fan Page with the cancellation(s).  We recommend you become a fan so you can stay in the loop.

For Evening Boot Camps:
1. We follow the weather conditions and predictions via Weather in Motion throughout the afternoon.
2. By 5 o’clock, we make the call for ALL evening bootcamps based on the live interactive weather map.
3. A cancellation email will be sent to your email account that we have on file and the class will be shown as cancelled online.
4. We will update our Facebook Fan Page with the cancellation(s).  We recommend you become a fan so you can stay in the loop.

Since Chicago weather changes last minute and be quite unpredictable at times, we encourage you to use your discretion if a bootcamp has not been cancelled and the weather seems to be taking a turn for the worse.  If it begins raining, thundering, and/or lightening right before the bootcamp begins, the instructor will stay in the location 15-minutes to inform you of the cancellation (unless the conditions are unsafe).

We apologize in advance if we cancel a class and it does not end up raining, thundering, and/or lightening  as predicted. For any outdoor bootcamp(s) that are cancelled, a complimentary indoor class can be taken at TEAMiFIT on the same day of the cancelled outdoor bootcamp(s).  We highly encourage you to email us your class preference since we have limited spaces available.
