Circuit Training

Circuit training is included in each membership!

Come workout during our circuit training hours and follow 1-3 sets of 15 full body circuits 1-minute ON, 20 seconds OFF. Circuit Training is a challenging workout and is great for increasing cardiovascular and strength endurance. There will be a TEAMiFIT coach present for the first round of circuits to show you the exercises, answer any questions about proper form, and/or to make necessary modifications due to injury or fitness level. After the first round you will be working out on your own if you continue to go through the circuits a second or third time. **Reservations for time slots required
