Current Classes

500-Calorie Workout: Get ready for a high powered workout that’s geared to burn 500 calories or more in 60-minutes! Hand weights, high-energy athletic cardio intervals and muscle toning moves will burn mega calories in no time. Bring on the sweat party! Modifications will be given; all levels welcome.

Abdominal-Core Training: Small group personal training session that utilizes a blend of cardio, strength, agility, and balance exercises to achieve maximum fitness results. The focus of the session is the abdominal and core muscles. Building a strong core will inhance overall balance and strength. Each session is modified for any fitness level.

Abs FusionAbs Fusion is an hour of intense fat-burning, muscle defining, and body re-shaping exercises focusing on the core. Your instructors push you out of your comfort zone to think mind over matter, as in ‘This burns like crazy, but I love every second of it!’ Go beyond what you would do on your own at the gym to get an overall shredded and defined physique! Modifications will be given, all levels welcome.

Arms-Chest-Back Training: Small group personal training session that utilizes a blend of cardio, strength, agility, and balance exercises to achieve maximum fitness results. The focus of the session is the arms, chest, and back, using exercises to build a strong and toned upper body. Each session is modified for any fitness level.

Arm and Chest Blast: A killer 30-minute arm and chest workout. Regular attendance will have others asking for tickets to your ‘gun’ show! Modifications are given, all levels welcome.

Barre Burn: A total-body workout that burns fat and gives you a dancer’s behind, toned arms, thin thighs, and flat abs. Cardio Barre Burn fuses elements of ballet, pilates, isometrics, and core training to tighten, strengthen and elongate so you look, feel, and move better!

Barre Strength: A 30-minute strength based class focusing on burning fat and giving the body a more toned look. This athletic workout incorporates pull-ups, sit-ups, weight training, and repetitive pulsing movements to challenge your body in new ways!! Your arms, abs, and legs will be screaming after 30-minutes. All levels welcome.

Butt Blast: 30-minutes of butt, butt, and more butt… Get Yo’ Buns of Steel On!!

Candlelight Yoga: This yoga class is the perfect chill-out Sunday class to rejuvenate your muscles for the upcoming week. The room is lit with candles to lend a serene and calming feel to your workout. The instructor integrates yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation to harmonize you on every level. Candlelight Yoga rejuvenates your body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome.

Cardio Barre: A 30-minute high-energy, low-impact class focused on burning fat and giving the body a more toned look. This barre-style workout focuses on toning the glutes, thighs, abs, and arms while Gettin’ Yo’ Sweat On!! All levels welcome.

CardioBox: A mixture of classic and contemporary boxing and other exercises that challenge your muscular, cardiovascular, and mental endurance. This workout is repetitive sets of strength and cardio exercises with leveled options so ALL fitness levels can succeed and be challenged. The instructor encourages you to push harder than you knew you could! This class will help you tone, shape, and strengthen your arms, abs, legs and back with non-stop calorie burning cardio. Get Yo’ CardioBox On!

Cardio Endurance Training: Small group personal training session that utilizes a blend of cardio, strength, agility, and balance exercises to achieve maximum fitness results. The foucs of the session is building cardiovascular endurance. A strong cardiovascular system helps to improve exercise performance as well as stamina and strength for every day activities. Each session is modified for any fitness level.

Cardio Soaked: An easy-to-follow class designed to elevate your heart rate with intense cardio drills, full body sculpting, and killer core exercises. Cardio Soaked is comparable to interval running on a treadmill for an hour but a MUCH more fun alternative. Music requests will be taken each week. All levels welcome!

Cardio Step-Up: 30-minutes of non-stop athletic cardio and muscle toning exercises using a chair for added intensity. Your heart rate will be in a high zone for the duration of the class as you feel the full body burn throughout each exercise. This goal of this class is to burn lots of calories while burning out the core, butt, legs, and arms with lots of stepping. Levels will be given for each exercise; all fitness levels welcome.

Celebrity Workout: As seen on Men’s Health, The Celebrity Workout will be a different workout each week. Workouts will include: The Jay-Z Workout, The Conan Workout, George St. Pierre Workout, The Lance Armstrong Workout, and many more. This class will push you in new ways so your body is continually challenged. Modifications will be given for all exercises. All levels welcome.

Core Burn: Get ready to rock your abs and core with a good mix of rowing and core strength and stability exercises. Tone and sculpt the midsection and blast away the calories with some fantastic cardio and get ready to show off that sweet six pack. Never rowed before, no problem. An instructor will be leading the class to show correct form and motivate you.

Delirium: Thirty minutes of insanity using body weight for resistance. You’ll be dripping sweat and burning mega calories. An intense workout, modifications will be given for all levels.

go HEAVY: Build lean muscle and get your metabolism revving with this straight-up strength class.  Using body bands and dumbbells, you’ll max out at 12 reps per set. We’ll do 45 minutes of full-body exercises and short cardio bursts for active recovery along with 15 minutes of foam-rolling. Modifications given.

Kettlebell Bootcamp: Kettlebell Bootcamp is a fun and challenging class that combines kettlebells with body weight exercises to work your legs and core! High heart rate, high intensity, lots of sweat, and overall phenomenal workout! After your first class, you’ll be sore in muscles you didn’t even know you had!

Kwando 30: Kwando 30 is a high-energy, high-impact blend of kicks and punches set to upbeat music. This combination of martial arts, boxing, and cardiovascular training will chisel, burn, sculpt, and shape your muscles to make you a lean, mean fighting machine!

Legs-Butt-Thighs Training: Small group personal training session that utilizes a blend of cardio, strength, agility, and balance exercises to achieve maximum fitness results. The focus of the session is the legs, butt, and thighs using exercises to build a strong and toned lower body Each session is modified for any fitness level.

Mash-Up: All of your favorite classes combined into one: TurboKick, Strength Boxing, Weighted Cardio, Shredded, ExtremeFIT, Ultimate Conditioning, Kettlebell Bootcamp, and Boxing. The instructor mixes and matches class formats each week so you can Get Yo’ Sweat On and continually challenge your body with new exercises. All levels welcome.

Metabolic Afterburn: Burn tons of calories for hours after your workout! This 30-minute class is designed to push you outside your comfort zone while boosting your metabolism around the clock. During the actual workout, you’ll get the fat-burning and heart-pumping benefits of non-stop intense cardio and muscle toning all-in-one. The intensity of this class will leave you burning calories for up to 2-3 hours afterward. Levels will be given for each exercise; all levels welcome!

PiYo Strength: Lose weight and completely transform your body! PiYo™, a strength workout, is all about working it to get the most for your money. It’s the perfect blend of many disciplines: sports training, core conditioning, stretch, and athletic drills that will help kick up the calorie burn and build muscle! The dynamic blend of movement increases strength, core stability, and agility. This workout provides an incredible experience and helps you lose weight. The focus is gaining power and getting stronger. Becoming sculpted and toned is the icing on the cake. Transform your body each time you workout. Not recommended for beginners.

Pump It!: Who said that weight lifting has to be boring? Pump It! is a strength class featuring free weights and killer tunes! Major muscle groups will be targeted with lifting exercises designed to increase muscular endurance and definition.

Shredded: “Shredded” is an hour of intense fat-burning, muscle defining, and body re-shaping exercises. Just when you think you cannot go anymore, the instructor will push you to think mind-over-matter-this-burns-like-crazy-and-I-am-loving-every-second-of it! This class will involve minimal jumping and lots of thigh, butt, abs, and arms work. This class will push you beyond what you would do on your own at the gym and if taken regularly, give you an overall shredded, chiseled, and defined physique! Modifications will be given, all levels welcome!

Spartan Workout: As seen in Men’s Health, The Spartan Workout is a high-intensity circuit workout designed to strip away fat and define every muscle in your body. This class combines circuit training with 1-2 sets of the 300 workout the cast did to train for the movie “300″. This class will challenge you to push your body to a new level. Spartacus 300 is NOT a walk in the park, however our incredible instructors will give progressions for each exercise so all fitness levels can succeed. Strength Boxing: Burn out your muscles in this 60-minute cardio kickboxing class using 2-3 lb weights throughout the whole class. This class burns out and tones your muscles to make you a lean, mean fighting machine! Modifications are given, all levels welcome.

Strength Boxing 70: Burn out your muscles in this 75-minute high octane cardio kickboxing class using 2 lb weights, followed by an extreme arm, core, & butt burn out. Regular attendance will get you well on your way to being a lean, mean fighting machine! Modifications are given, all levels welcome.

Tabata Bootcamp: This is a high-energy, high-impact blend of tabata style cardio and strength exercises. This is the perfect class to release stress and Get Yo’ Sweat On! Modifications are given, all levels welcome!

Throwback Dance & Sculpt: Get yo’ FUNK on! This class combines cardio dance and toning with your favorite songs from the 80′s and early 90′s! Get down to 10-12 songs, 5 focused on cardio dance and 5 on toning exercises! 80′s wear is encouraged, but not required. Lets get this party started!

TurboKick: You want to out kick Billy Blanks booty? Then kick it up a few notches with Turbo Kick. It’s the hottest kickboxing class around that produces astounding results! The unique Turbo Kick® movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give you the ultimate cardio workout that will melt fat and reshape your body! Each full-body workout consists of a sport specific warm-up, higher-paced intervals, easy-to-follow combinations, kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training, and a mind-body cool down designed to maximize weight loss!

Ultimate Barre Conditioning: This class is the same format as our signature Ultimate Conditioning class though with lots more pull ups and bodyweight exercises using our barres. Ultimate Barre Conditioning combines heart-pumping cardio, total-body strength, cross-conditioning exercises, intense abs, and finally a deep muscle stretch. Even though this is an intense workout, modifications will be given for each exercise so all fitness levels can participate. Muscle soreness is 99.9% guaranteed after this workout!

Ultimate Conditioning: This class combines heart-pumping cardio, total-body strength, cross-conditioning exercises, intense abs, and finally a deep muscle stretch. What a workout!

Vinyasa Warrior: This class synchronizes movement with breath, linking the postures together into a dynamic practice. This powerful yoga class will introduce arm balances, core strengthening, breath work, and meditation to challenge the body and the brain. All levels welcome; modifications will be given.

Warrior Conditioning: Ignite your body’s fat-burning furnace, build muscle, and push yourself beyond your comfort zone with this total-body workout. TRX, Concept2 rowers, pull-ups (even for beginners), agility ladders, medicine balls, battle rope, and kettlebells are just a few of the fun “toys” used in this class. Take your cross training to the next level and add this class to your weekly workout routine. All levels welcome!

WERQ: WERQ is a blazin’ hot new dance fitness format blending current pop, rock, and hip hop songs from Billboard Top 100 with bodyweight fitness principles, dance movements, and high calorie burn intense cardio. The routines are easy to follow – you don’t have to be a dancer to participate – just come ready to squat, shimmy, and smile while blasting the calories away! Are you ready to WERQ? Join Julie Steffen, WERQ Master Trainer and co-creator for this rockin’ new class at TEAMiFIT debuting in December 2010!

Yoga Sculpt: Just think of our own G.I. Jane whooping you into shape — yoga style! In this class, you’re taken through the yoga moves, commander-style with weights.

Yogalates: Yoga and Pilates are now joined at the hip. Yogalates blends the flexibility, meditative, and weight loss elements of yoga and the muscle strengthening and abdominal toning of pilates.

ZUMBA: Don’t stop, get it, get it! Sizzle up your workouts with this flavalicious dance party that lights your feet on fire and keeps those muscles working! ZUMBA fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic class that will blow you away. Each workout is a little different since our instructors have their own creative ZUMBA styles.

TEAMiFIT Favorites

(These may not be current, but they stay in rotation!)

100s Cardio: 100 reps, all cardio exercises! Some reps will be done all in one, others will be split up throughout the class. All levels can succeed in this class; easy and challenging modifications will be given. Start your weekend off with a good sweat and join us in 100s cardio!

100s Strength: This class incorporates full body strength exercises that are set to 100 reps throughout the whole class. For example, you might do some exercises 100 times consecutively or repeat the exercises 5 times through completing 20 reps of each. This class will continually challenge your strength endurance while building muscle definition. All levels welcome; be prepared to be SORE the following day!

20/20/20: This workout is pretty straightforward! 20 minutes cardio/20 minutes strength/20 minutes abs!

Ab Blast: This class is a 30-minute core blast. Get Yo’ 6-Pack On!

Abs and Butt Blast: A 30-minute core and butt burnout. Get Yo’ 6-Pack and Buns-of-Steel On!

Abs N’ Arms Bootcamp: This is a killer arms and abs workout that incorporates tons of strength exercises and cardio drills! All classes will be formatted differently so you will remain challenged without hitting a plateau. One thing will remain the same; regular attendance will have others asking for tickets to your ‘guns’ show! :) . Modifications will be given, all levels welcome.

Athletic Cardio: This is an athletics-based cardio class focusing on muscle toning mixed with killer cardio exercises – nonstop movement for 60 minutes! All ability levels welcome, but be prepared for a lot of jumping. Modifications are given.

Barre-lates: If you love Barre Burn and Pilates, Barre-lates is a similar class fusing elements of pilates, full body isometrics, and core training for your body to tighten, strengthen and elongate so you look, feel and move better!

Boxing Bootcamp: This is a high-energy, high-impact blend of cardio and strength bootcamp exercises combined with contact boxing drills with gloves and pads. This is the perfect class to release stress after a day at the office! Modifications are given, all levels welcome!

Cardio Barre Sculpting: A high-energy, low-impact class focused on burning fat and giving the body a more toned look. By combining body bar work and light weights, this workout focuses on toning the glutes, thighs, abs, and arms while Gettin’ Yo’ Sweat On!!  All levels welcome.

Cardio Blast: 30 minutes of non-stop invigorating, calorie burning cardio. Get Yo’ Sweat On!

Cardio Kickboxing Technique: Do you take a lot of cardio kickboxing classes but are not quite sure exactly how to properly execute those jabs, hooks, crosses, upper cuts, and kick combinations? If so, this class is HIGHLY recommended. Learn safe and effective form, what muscle groups to engage, and how to breathe most efficiently during each exercise. This class is especially recommended for those who take Turbokick and Strength Boxing on a regular basis.

Core Therapy: Core Therapy massages the muscles while strengthening the core (abs and lower back) using a foam roller. Massage therapy + Abs + Lower Back + Strength = The Perfect Workout! All levels welcome.

ExtremeFIT: ExtremeFIT is a unique group workout that challenges your muscular, cardiovascular, and mental endurance. This workout is repetitive sets of strength and cardio exercises with leveled options so ALL fitness levels can succeed and be challenged. The instructor encourages you to push harder than you knew you could! This workout “tastefully” kicks your butt :)

ExtremeFIT Blast: ExtremeFIT is a unique group workout that challenges your muscular, cardiovascular, and mental endurance. This 30-minute workout is repetitive sets of strength and cardio exercises with leveled options so ALL fitness levels can succeed and be challenged. The instructor encourages you to push harder than you knew you could! This workout “tastefully” kicks your butt :)

Foam Rolling Deep Muscle Massage: Foam-rolling works similarly to massage therapy, only rather than a therapist applying manual pressure to your muscles, you apply your body weight to the foam roller. The idea is to seek out tender spots in your soft tissues, also known as knots or trigger points, and then roll your body over the foam roller to massage out the tight spots and relieve muscle soreness. This class is perfect after a signature TEAMiFIT workout!

GLEE Camp: When was the last time you called your workout intense, crazy creative, and off the charts WHILE singing to your favorite tunes? Key words to describe this class: RIDICULOUSLY Fun, Creative, Challenging, & Super Efficient. Song requests will be taken each week though don’t let the name confuse you… this is an AWESOME workout!. All levels welcome though.

Gym Class: This action-packed strength, flexibility, and agility class uses old school exercises that we grew up with in P.E.  Feel like a kid again and achieve your ultimate level of physical fitness.

Hustle: Burn up the dance floor – and burn calories too! Hip Hop HUSTLE blends hip hop and dance moves, simplifying patterns so that anyone can do this! This workout feels more like a night on the town than exercise. Drop the pounds and get rapid results while you dance, dance, dance!

Inner Warrior: Transform your body and find your Inner Warrior with this yoga-infused cardio kickboxing class. This class is challenging, empowering, rejuvenating, and fun all in one. Work your mind and body while taking you to the next fitness level. All levels welcome.

Jeet Kune Do Conditioning: Jeet Kune Do Conditioning is a class based upon Bruce Lee’s martial art and training regimen. Plyometrics, punches, kicks, and strength training that is appropriate for all levels of fitness.

Kettlebell Blast: Kettlebell Blast is a 30-minute fun and challenging class that uses kettlebells, body weight exercises, and lots of legs and core! High heart rate, high intensity, lots of sweat, and overall phenomenal workout! After your first class, you’ll be sore in muscles you didn’t even know you had. Get Yo’ Quick Sweat On!

Kicklates: Cardio Kickboxing + Pilates = Kicklates; an easy to follow class designed to elevate your heart rate with intense kickboxing drills while infusing killer core training like TNT (there’s no tomorrow). All levels welcome.

Leg Blast: 30 minutes focused entirely on strengthening muscle and burning fat on the lower body!

Pilates Sculpting: Hop onto the fast track for intense Pilates exercises using light weights & pilates props to work your arms, abs, butt, hips and legs. This class will create strength and length with quick results. All levels welcome!!

Pull Up Challenge: How many pull-ups can you do? You gotta start somewhere, even if you start at 0. Track your progress each week. A coach will be present to motivate and spot you (if needed).

R.I.P.P.E.D.: This total body workout, using resistance and cardio training, combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D (resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, and endurance training) to help you attain your physique in a fun, safe, and extremely effective way.

Slow Motion Strength: This class is a great way to build full-body strength and muscle definition. Each exercise is performed slowly to maximize muscle control, and it will burn like crazy! If you want to be sore the next day and be a performer in the ‘gun show,’ this class will do the trick.

Superset Strength: This workout is the total package! Fatigue your muscles by supersetting two opposing groups with heavy weights.  You’ll do three sets of 10 to 15 reps, completing a cardio blast between each superset! Fire up your metabolism during AND after your workout!

Tabata Blast: This is a hardcore workout: 20 seconds of intense strength and cardio drills, 10 second break (total 9 rounds/exercise). 30-minutes is all you need to get a full body killer workout for the method of training. This class is not recommended for beginners.

Tabata Contact Boxing: A high-energy, high-impact blend of tabata-style cardio and strength exercises with contact boxing drills using gloves and pads. The perfect class to release stress after a day in the office, modifications are given, all levels welcome!

Tabata Kickboxing: Take two of the most intense cardio interval classes, combine them into one and you have Tabata Kickboxing! Double jabs to repetitive roundhouse kicks, each four-minute high intensity interval drills will take your workout to a whole new level! This is a guaranteed sweaty workout. Modifications will be given for all levels to succeed.

TEAM Foam Rolling ** self-guided: If your muscles are sore and tight, foam rolling is the perfect medicine. This is a self-guided time slot. All exercises will be done at your own leisure. *Note: A foam rolling class and/or having experience using foam rollers is a pre-requisite.

Triple Threat 60: This workout is a pretty straight forward all-in-one workout. Get Yo’ FIT On with 20 Cardio, 20 Conditioning, 20 Core Conditioning & Stability. All levels welcome!

Triple Threat 75: 75 minutes of invigorating fun and lots of sweat: 25 Cardio, 25 Conditioning, 25 Core, Balance, & Flexibility; the perfect combo!  All levels welcome.

TurboKick Sport: This variation of TurboKick consists of a sport specific warm-up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a mind/body like cool-down designed to maximize weight loss! No equipment is necessary, so there are no extra expenses. *Turbo Kick® Sport is more athletic and less dance-based.

Weighted Cardio: Weighted Cardio is a non-stop cardio and mega calorie burning class. Lots of jumping though modifications will be given.
