Our Unique Cross Training Program

(Open GYM Circuit Training AND Exercise Blasts included in Cross Training Membership)

What if you could have a different workout everyday with a different focus AND all you would have to do is go into autopilot to Get Yo’ FIT On??  Well, we’ve got it for you with our Cross Training program. All workouts are pre-planned, different, and focus on both strength and cardiovascular training. Some examples of workouts might be Core & Legs, Boxing Burn, Upper Body Blast, Core Burn Out, etc. Furthermore, each workout has a different focus and is inspired by and named after one of our invigorating fitness classes. You can sign up online or just show up during any of the designated times.  This membership also includes monthly fitness assessments to track cardiovascular, muscular, and overall progress.

Open GYM Circuit Training

(Included in ALL memberships)

Open GYM Circuit Training is a great supplement to your weekly TEAMiFIT workouts and is included in all membership packages!  Open GYM Circuit Training works like a circuit and really challenges your strength and cardiovascular endurance.  You pick the workout for the day and follow the timed circuit..2 to 3 cycles later…we have just handed you your butt… tastefully of course!  Workouts are created by our incredible trainers and fitness instructors!  You can sign up for Open GYM Circuit Training just like you would for a class, so take advantage of this great asset to meet your fitness and health goals!

Open GYM

(Included in ALL memberships)

Open GYM is for the self-starters who want to use our equipment and do their own workout.  Open GYM is included in all membership packages!  You can attend Open GYM during Circuit Training Hours, so take advantage of this great asset to meet your fitness and health goals!

Weekly Exercise Blasts

(Included in ALL memberships)

If you have a target goal or area you would like to focus on, you will benefit from our weekly exercise blasts.  Each week we will target different areas of the body and provide 3-4 challenging exercises to burn out and blast that area.  You can repeat these exercises 1-5 times dependent on your time frame and goals.  Exercise Blasts can take a minimum of 5- minutes if you supplement them into your Open GYM Circuit Training workout and a maximum of 30-minutes if you want to come in to do a quick and targeted workout.  If you only have time for a 20-30 minute workout, our weekly exercise blasts are just for you.  Otherwise, we recommend you supplement them into your Open GYM Circuit Training workout.  Examples are Leg Blast, Butt Blast, Arm Blast, Core Blast, Cardio Blast, etc.  Exercise Blasts are also included in all membership packages!

** By participating in the Cross Training Program, Open GYM Circuit Training, Open GYM, and Exercise Blasts, you agree to knowing and practicing proper form and modifications of each exercise.  These programs are not directly supervised although a TEAMiFIT coach WILL be present to answer any questions you might have.**

TEAMiFIT Cross Training/Open GYM Challenge

THE HITCH: ACCOUNTABILITY

Our TEAMiFIT Cross Training & Open Gym Challenge membership is AWESOME for accountability.  This membership STARTS at $49/month.  You MUST come in AT LEAST 16 times within a month (if you sign up mid-month we will prorate your visits beginning when you arrive for your first workout).  You will be charged $10 for each visit you come in under 16 visits at the end of each month.  If you come 16 times, you ONLY pay $49.   You can cancel your reservation up to the last minute.  We only count the visits you are HERE, not your cancellations.  Includes UNLIMITED Cross Training workouts, Open GYM Circuit Training, Exercise Blasts, Monthly Fitness Assessments, and workouts that will challenge all ability levels from basic to advanced.  This membership DOES NOT include our fitness classes.  Are you up for the challenge?

What is the difference between Open GYM Circuit Training and Cross Training Workouts?

Open GYM Circuit Training is an incredible way to build strength and cardiovascular endurance that includes 15 different exercises that you do for 1 minute with a 25 second rest in between each exercise.  The goal is to go through the Open GYM exercises 2-3 times.  The exercises change weekly, and there are 2-4 different workouts to choose from depending on the day you come to Get Yo’ FIT On.  If you want to burn a lot of calories and bump up your endurance, Open GYM Circuit Training is just for you.  Since Open GYM is included in ALL memberships, we recommend everyone do it at least 1x/week.

Cross Training Workouts have a different focus each day and are a great mix of strength, cardio, and endurance training.   Examples of our daily programs include Upper Body Burn Out, Lower Body Blast, Boxing Burn, Abs & Arms, and Cardio Blast.  If you want to continually challenge your body with different exercises and track your monthly progress then our Cross Training program is the way to go.

Both programs allow you to show up at any time throughout the day to Get Yo’ FIT On!  We recommend that you make a reservation for Open GYM or Cross Training online.  You can make an online reservation for both just like you would for a fitness class by clicking “Schedule and Reservations” and choose the time frame you would like to come in and Get Yo’ FIT On!

There will always be a TEAMiFIT Coach available to answer any questions about Open GYM Circuit Training and/or Cross Training Workouts.
