TEAMiFIT Fitness RX

Confused about which classes to take? Let us help you out!  Schedule a meeting with a TEAMiFIT coach and we’ll come up with a plan for you!  We’ll discuss your goals and prescribe a 4-week Fitness RX that best suits your goals and schedule. All you need is a monthly membership and we’ll take care of your online reservations for the month. $65 for one 45-minute session and a month of scheduling.

Circuit Training

(Included in ALL memberships and amazing for overall endurance)

Circuit Training is a great supplement to your weekly TEAMiFIT workouts and is included in all membership packages! Circuit Training challenges your strength and cardiovascular endurance. With intense bursts of activity, you build endurance AND muscle, all while torching calories. That’s something slow-duration cardio just can’t do! In circuit training, you pick the workout for the day and follow the timed circuit. Two to three cycles later, we have just handed you your butt – tastefully of course! Workouts are created by our incredible trainers and fitness instructors, who are always on hand to make sure you get the most out of your workout! owing:

TEAMiFIT Lifestyle Challenge

We are all about relationships here at TEAMiFIT. Members from all programs are encouraged to participate in our Lifestyle Challenge Program. The TEAMiFIT Lifestyle Challenge is an ongoing program encouraging members to stay healthy from the inside-out in all areas of their lives. A new theme for the program starts every six weeks, and at the beginning of this period you can write your lifestyle goals relating to fitness, nutrition, work, relationships, social, and whatever else you choose on a goal sheet. You’ll fill these sheets out anonymously and we’ll hang them throughout the lobby to encourage you throughout the program. At the end of the six weeks, you will have the opportunity to fill out a transformation story and share your story to encourage others. All goals are always a work in progress, which is why this is an ongoing challenge. In addition to goal tracking, you can also take advantage of these awesome program incentives…

-Buddy System

You can choose a buddy or we can pair you up with one for motivation, encouragement in nutrition tracking, and accountability via an online spreadsheet. TEAMiFIT, you, and your buddy will have live access to edit, view, and leave feedback in this document.  We’re here to encourage you, help you stay on track, and give you ideas. So check it out!

-Workout Tracking

We will have a cheesy sticker chart in our lobby where you can track your workouts each time you come in to Get Yo’ FIT On! Just like in kindergarten, you get a smiley face for doing well! One sticker per visit, NOT class.
